Sound is available on a limited basis for specific venues and campaigns. It's not available through the standard Ads Manager flow.

Most FRAMEN screens play ads muted β€” semi-public venues rarely play audio, to avoid conflicting with ambient music, conversations or announcements. In a small number of venues, sound-enabled playback may be available. Contact our team to check.

How to request a campaign with sound

Sound campaigns are handled directly by our team rather than via the self-serve flow.

Contact us to:

  • Check which venues and screens support sound in your target geography.

  • Scope the campaign.

  • Get creative guidance and specs for audio tracks.

Good to know

  • Your creative should always work fully muted. Almost every screen is silent, and a muted version is your baseline.

  • We'll share specific audio specs (sample rate, codec, loudness) when we confirm availability for your campaign. They differ by venue.
