Use-case
Understand approval flow to plan start dates, interpret partial approval rates and know when to follow up.
β
Approval flow
Launch campaign; status moves from Draft to Pending.
FRAMEN checks creatives for policy compliance. See Creative policy and approval.
Creatives go to screen networks for review.
Each network approves/rejects within 48 hours (typically 24). No response = auto-approval.
Once reviews complete, status moves to Accepted and delivery starts.
β
Check approval status
Open the campaign.
Go to Creatives and click the creative.
Hover over the approval status bar to see each network's status (approved, pending or rejected).
The percentage updates in real time.
β
Partial approval
100% approval is not required. Budget auto-redistributes to screens that approved your ad, so campaigns run on fewer screens if some are rejected.
β
Good to know
Screen networks can revoke approval after launch. If so, your ad stops on that network and budget redistributes to others.
Content that clearly follows policy approves faster. Ambiguous content (e.g., lingerie mistaken for adult content) is flagged more often. See Creative policy and approval.
