Use-case
Approval gives you control over what plays on your screens. Reject anything that doesn't fit your audience or brand. Use auto-approval to skip manual review.
Where to review pending creatives
Pending creatives appear in two places:
Gallery (
/gallery) — filter by Status → Pending review. Items awaiting approval show a Pending review pill.Creatives (
/ssp/creatives) — sidebar shortcut to creative-type items where pending review creatives surface first.
Each creative shows:
Preview — click the thumbnail to open the Properties drawer.
Advertiser / Brand — the brand behind the creative.
Status — Pending review / Approved / Rejected.
Approve or reject
Open the Properties drawer for the creative and use the review actions (kebab ⋮ on the card or inside the drawer). If you don't act within 48 hours, the creative auto-approves.
Accept / Reject / Settings buttons on a card
If you see Accept, Reject, Settings buttons inside a Gallery card preview, they are usually the embedded website's own cookie-consent banner, not FRAMEN UI. The preview iframes a live URL and the site's banner renders inside.
Moderation happens via the Pending review / Rejected status pills and kebab actions — not through anything inside the creative preview.
Creative approval emails
By default, the root user receives Creative Approval Request emails. To include more people:
Open Settings → Members.
Edit each person's email notification preferences.
See Invite and manage your team to learn more.
Auto-approval
If you don't have a strict blocklist, auto-approval saves time:
In screen settings, enable auto-approval (for a screen or globally where supported).
New creatives run on your screens as soon as the campaign starts.
You can still reject any creative within 48 hours of it starting.
Per-Location approval (coming soon)
Fine-grained approval per Location (rather than workspace) is on the roadmap.
Good to know
Fast approval = faster earnings — faster approvals start earning sooner. Delays between upload and approval lose revenue.
Keep blocklist short — more blocks filter out more campaigns. Focus blocks on real conflicts (direct competitors, off-brand content).
FRAMEN pre-reviews — FRAMEN reviews every creative against policy before it reaches your dashboard; see Creative policy and approval. Final approval is yours.
