Invite and manage your team

Invite colleagues, assign roles, and remove access when it's no longer needed.

Use-case

Give team members access to specific tasks: billing contact for invoices, campaign manager for ads, Location manager for one city. Roles control what each member can see and do. Only Administrators can invite, edit, or deactivate members.


Steps


Invite a member

  1. Open Settings → Members in the Ads Manager or Screen Manager.

  2. Click Invite Member (top right).

  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  4. Pick a role (see Ads Manager and Screen Manager role descriptions below).

  5. Optionally scope the member: - In the Screen Manager, assign one or more Locations (or leave All Locations). Scoped members see only their assigned Locations, screens, and content. - In the Ads Manager with Agency Mode enabled, assign one or more Brands.

  6. Click Invite. They receive an email to confirm and set a password or passkey.


Edit a member's role

  1. Open Settings → Members.

  2. Click the member to change.

  3. Open the Access (Ads Manager) or Rules (Screen Manager) tab.

  4. Edit the role or Location / Brand scope.

  5. Click Save.


Deactivate a member

  1. Open Settings → Members.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (or deactivate icon) next to the member.

  3. Click Deactivate. To reactivate, click the menu again and select Activate.


Ads Manager roles

  • Administrator — full access to resources and members.

  • Media Editor — view and edit campaigns, items, reports, forecasts.

  • Media Viewer — view campaigns, items, reports (read-only).

  • Billing Editor — view and edit billing, invoices, and organisation billing details.

  • Billing Viewer — view billing and invoices (read-only).

In Agency Mode, a Media Editor can be scoped to a specific Brand instead of all Brands.

Brand (formerly "Advertiser") is available when Agency Mode is enabled. Contact your account manager to enable it.


Screen Manager roles

  • Administrator — full access, including earnings.

  • Manager — manage Locations, screens, content, and members within their scope.

  • Publisher — upload and schedule content; manage playlists (where enabled).

  • Viewer — read-only access.

Good to know

  • Creative Approval email — Enable for Screen Manager members who review which ads play on your screens. They'll receive a notification when new creatives arrive.

  • Passkey — Available as a passwordless sign-in option when inviting members.
