Venue details change — visitor numbers grow, opening hours shift, you get new photos. This article covers what you can update, when, and what it triggers.
Update a location
Open Screens in the Screen Manager sidebar.
Click the Location you want to update.
If the Location is Under Review or Approved, toggle Edit location (upper left).
Update the fields you need.
Click Save.
Editing essential fields on an approved or in-review location triggers a new review round.

Good to know
Changing the address: Create a new location and transfer screens across if the venue moves.
Re-review duration: Changes trigger the same 3–5 day timeline. Screens keep running ads during re-review on previously approved terms.
Visitor counts: Accurate counts help the algorithm match campaigns. Update if footfall changes significantly (seasonality, renovation, new tenants nearby).
