Use-case
Set up a Creator account and publish your first post. When Screen Managers subscribe to your Channel, your content plays on their screens and you earn a share of ad revenue.
Before you start
You need a Creator account. Contact the FRAMEN team to get onboarded if you don't have one yet.
Steps
1. Set up your account
Open Creator dashboard → Settings.
Displayed name — your personal identity inside the Creator app. Doesn't appear on your Channel.
Organisation title — the public publisher name Screen Managers see. Use your brand name here.
Review and accept the publisher terms (linked on the Settings screen).
2. Set up your Channel
Go to Your Channel and fill in:
Thumbnail
Title
Description
Category
This preview is exactly what Screen Managers see when browsing Channels. Keep it sharp and current.
3. Upload assets to the Gallery
The Gallery is your content library. Upload images and videos you plan to publish.
File requirements match ad specs — see Creative specifications. Upload both landscape and portrait versions of each asset. FRAMEN's network is roughly 50/50 split. Uploading one format only gives you access to half the available screens.
4. Publish your first post
From the Gallery, pick an asset, click Post, fill in details, and publish.
Your Channel is now live and discoverable.
How your Channel gets discovered
Screen Managers browse Channels in their dashboard and see your thumbnail, title, description and recent posts. When they subscribe, your content starts playing on all their screens.
See Your Creator channel and content for discovery and growth strategies.
Your reach and earnings
Once a location subscribes, your content plays on every screen there. View reach and locations in Reports → Location Map.
When advertisers target your Channel, a portion of their budget is allocated to you. Payouts follow your publisher contract — contact sales for the specific terms.
Good to know
Run your own paid campaign — to advertise on FRAMEN's full network (not just your Channel), use the Ads Manager. See Build your first campaign.
Stuck on growth — if your Channel is well-set-up but gaining slow subscribers, contact our sales team for help with distribution and featured placements.
Support — submit a ticket from inside the dashboard anytime. For brand-partner campaign queries, contact sales directly.
