Use-case

Channels give you a constant feed of engaging content without producing it yourself. Screens feel alive, audience interests match venue context, and guests have something to watch.

Where to find Channels

In the Screen Manager sidebar, click Channels (/ssp/channels). The page has two tabs:

  • All channels — every channel available to your workspace.

  • My subscriptions — only channels you've subscribed to.

Filters

Narrow the list using filter chips:

  • Category — topic or vertical (news, fitness, lifestyle, travel, etc.).

  • Type — publisher, creator, or FRAMEN AI.

  • Language — channel language (English, German, French, and more).

  • Country — country codes on each card.

Each card shows the owner, cover image, title, language, country codes, and Subscribe button.

Subscribe to a channel

  1. Open Channels from the Screen Manager sidebar.

  2. Browse or search. Apply filters to narrow the list.

  3. Click a channel card to see its content.

  4. Click Subscribe.

All subscriptions appear under My subscriptions.

Unsubscribe

Open the channel and click Unsubscribe. Content stops playing on your screens.
