Use-case

If you're new to the Creator dashboard, this is the fastest way to see what each section does. Use it as a reference when you can't remember which tab holds which feature.

Your Channel

Your hub for creating and managing posts.

  • Create posts from Gallery content.

  • View Active Posts, Scheduled Posts, Past Posts.

  • Preview your Channel as Screen Managers see it (thumbnail, title, description, sample posts).

See Your Creator channel and content for discovery and growth tips.

Gallery

Your content library for all uploaded images and videos.

  • Upload new content.

  • Assign content to posts or schedules.

Scheduler

Plan content up to a month in advance.

  1. Go to Gallery.

  2. Click a content piece.

  3. Click Schedule (next to Publish).

  4. Pick date and time.

  5. Confirm.

To change a scheduled post later, open it, adjust date/time, and save.

Reports

Your analytics dashboard.

  • Subscriptions — count of subscribed Screen Managers.

  • Impressions — total plays of your content.

  • Spots — placement count for your posts.

  • Earnings — revenue generated.

  • Location map — all subscribed locations. Visit screens to see your content live.

Discover

Inspiration and updates.

  • Insights — trends, tips, and best practices.

  • Creator of the Week — featured creators.

Account

Personal settings and team management.

  • Language settings — change dashboard language.

  • Team invitations — invite collaborators.

  • Profile management — update Creator Name and profile picture.

Good to know

  • Displayed name vs organisation title — your dashboard displayed name is internal only. Your organisation title is your public publisher brand. See Become a FRAMEN Creator for setup details.

  • Keep your preview fresh — Screen Managers subscribe based on your preview (thumbnail, title, description, sample posts). Update regularly so your Channel stays attractive.
