Your account and password

Manage your profile, change your password, and switch between organisations or dashboards.

Use-case

Account settings work the same in both the Ads Manager and Screen Manager. Use them to keep your profile accurate, reset a forgotten password, change language, or move between organisations.


Open your settings

  1. Open Settings (bottom-left in the dashboard).

  2. Select Profile.

You can edit your profile, change your password, and switch dashboards and language. URL: /account/settings.


Update your profile

In Settings → Profile you can edit:

  • Profile picture

  • Displayed name

  • First and last name

  • Job title and department

  • Preferred language (English, German, French, Spanish)

  • Default dashboard (Ads Manager or Screen Manager)


Change your password

  1. Open Settings → Profile.

  2. Click Change Password.

  3. Enter your current password and new password.

  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  5. Click Change.

You can also enrol a Passkey from the same page for passwordless sign-in.


Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot password.

  2. Enter the email address on your account.

  3. Receive an email with a temporary password.

  4. Sign in and set a new password from Settings → Profile.


Good to know

  • Password requirements: At least 8 characters with at least one number, uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and special character (hyphen or underscore). Change regularly.

  • Login email is fixed: Contact your account manager or FRAMEN support to change it.

  • Switch between organisations: Click your avatar (top right), pick the organisation from the dropdown, and confirm with Switch.

  • Administrator-only fields: Only Administrators can edit organisation general information, billing address, and login details. Others see these as read-only.
