Get email alerts for screen issues

Set up email alerts to know when a screen goes offline — and control who on your team receives notifications.

Use-case

Offline screens can't earn. Email alerts give you next-day heads-up so you can act fast without checking the dashboard manually.

Turn on alerts for a screen

  1. Go to Screens in the left menu.

  2. Select the screen you want notifications for.

  3. Open the settings panel on the right.

  4. Toggle Notify on.

You'll get an email the next day if the screen went offline during the day.

Send alerts to multiple people

  1. Ensure each teammate has confirmed their email and registered with FRAMEN. See Invite and manage your team.

  2. Open Settings (bottom-left) and select Members.

  3. For each member, toggle on creative approval emails and offline notifications.

  4. Select All Locations to include them in all alerts, or scope them to specific Locations.

Good to know

  • What triggers an alert — the alert fires when a screen reports offline for a notable period during the day. Brief blips don't trigger.

  • Keep team small — everyone who gets alerts needs to know what to do. If only one person handles hardware, only they should receive emails.

  • Combine with fixes — pair alerts with the steps in Keep your screen awake and online so your team knows exactly what to check.
