If your screen is not showing news or showing unselected news categories, read through the guide below for first help.
Step 1: Verify that your screen is online
In order to check that the TV is correctly connected to the internet, open the menu with the remote control and verify that the following each shows a green dot:
- Wifi Connected
- Internet Online
- Server Reachable
If any of the following is red or the wifi appears to be connected but without internet, the content on the box cannot be updated.
Step 2: Verify the selection of news categories
- Go to Players and click on the player
- Go to the "Ads" tab
- Verify your current selection of news categories
Step 3: Trigger a refresh
- Slide the Ads Frequency temporarily to a different value to trigger a refresh
You should see more/less content, depending on your changes, aligning with the selected categories.
