🎯 Step 1: Verify that your screen is online
To ensure that your TV is properly connected to the internet, simply open the menu using the remote control and confirm that the following indicators are displaying a green dot:
- Wifi Connected
- Internet Online
- Server Reachable
Warning: If any of the following is red or the wifi appears to be connected but without internet, the content on the box cannot be updated.
🎯 Step 2: Verify the selection of news categories
- Go to Screens and click on the player
- Go to the "Ads" tab
- Verify your current selection of news categories
🎯 Step 3: Trigger a refresh
- Slide the Ads Frequency temporarily to a different value to trigger a refresh
- You should see more/less content, depending on your changes, aligning with the selected categories.
