My screen is turning off everyday, how can I prevent this?

Find out below a few measures to ensure your Screen is staying online.

In order to resolve this issue, please check the following: 

➡️ Energy Optimizations settings on your TV are turned off

Your TV might automatically get into sleep mode after some time. In order to avoid turning on your device manually every day, make sure any energy settings are turned off.

➡️ Your device is whitelisted

Depending on your network settings, your device might not be correctly whitelisted and getting kicked-out for security. Make sure that your device is correctly whitelisted. 

🎯 If you are using a FRAMEN TV Box

Check that the energy optimisation setting is disabled for these apps:

- Open the menu and click on Device

- In the Settings, click on Apps

- Select "Special App Access" and then "Energy Optimisation"

- Scroll down to FRAMEN Launcher, FRAMEN Player, FRAMEN Updater and make sure to unselect these 3 apps.

🎯 If you are using an Amazon FireTV

1. Check that the following settings are turned on: 
- Open the menu and turn on the "Launch on Boot" and "Auto Update"

2. Make sure that screensaver is deactivated:

- In the settings menu you will find various menu items. Navigate to “Display and Sounds” and access the “Screen Saver” tab at the top of the menu.

- When you have entered the Screen Saver menu, scroll down to the “Start Time” option. There you can set the boot time to “Never” so that the screensaver will no more start.

🎯 If you are using an Amazon Fire Stick

- If you use a Fire stick, we recommend having the stick connected to a power socket Depending on the TV, not enough power might go through the stick to be powered correctly for a longer period.

- You must turn on the "Launch on Boot" and "Auto Update" in the app menu

- Screensaver must be deactivated:

1. In the settings menu you will find various menu items. The menu you are looking for is called “Display and Sounds”. Navigate to this menu and access the “Screen Saver” tab at the top of the menu.
