Change settings

In the ‘Profile’ tab on the left side select ‘My Settings’. Here you can edit your profile by changing your full name, job title, or department. You can also change your password, language, and dashboard from Ads- to SreenManager-view. Hit save once you’ve entered your details.Setup_03

Customize your Account

Keep track of the members in your account by uploading logos and pictures or assigning nicknames.

Change password

For security purposes, we encourage you to change your password regularly. Your password should ideally: Be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one of the following:

    • A number
    • An uppercase character
    • A lowercase character
    • A special character

To change your password, follow these steps.

  1. Select Account > My Settings
  2. Select Change Password
  3. Enter your current password, new password, and new password confirmation
  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  5. Select Change

Change billing details

In the account tab, click on ‘Billing’. In the ‘Billing' section, click on the 'Billing Settings Button' in the upper right corner. You’ll be asked to choose your payment preference. You can either get invoiced via credit card or bank transfer. If you click on one of the payment methods, a pop-up will appear for you to enter your business and banking details. Hit the ‘Save’ button once you’re done.
After you set up your billing info you can switch the tab to 'payment methods'. Here you can add a credit card.
