Edit your profile, billing, members or organisation settings

🎯 Edit My Settings

Navigate to the My Settings option under the Account tab on the left. Within this section, you have the flexibility to update your profile details, including your full name, job title, and department. Additionally, you can modify your password, language preferences, adjust map units of measurement, or switch between the Ads Manager and Screen Manager dashboards.

To change your password, follow these steps.

  1. Select Account > My Settings
  2. Click on Change Password
  3. Enter your current password and new password
  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions
  5. Select Change

Note: For security purposes, we encourage you to change your password regularly. Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one of the following:

  • A number
  • An uppercase character
  • A lowercase character
  • A special character

 

🎯 Edit Billing

Navigate to the Billing section within the Account tab. Click on the Billing Settings button located in the upper right corner. Switch to the Billing Info tab and select the Edit Billing Info button. A pop-up will prompt you to input your billing information. Save your changes by clicking the Save button.

By default, your payment method will be set to deferred payment. Alternatively, you can opt to make payments via credit card. Learn more about configuring your payment details here.

🎯 Edit Members
Manage your members in the Members tab. Assign roles to members, update their access to organisations or deactivate their account. 


🎯 Edit Organisations

Manage your Organisation settings here. Change your default dashboard from the Ads Manager to the Screen Manager. Additionally manage the Organisations you have been added into.
