Venue Type Picker

FRAMEN's Venue Type Picker is an innovative feature of our DOOH platform that gives you the power to define the exact types of venues where you would like your ad to be displayed.

One of the cornerstones of targeting campaigns is selecting the right venues. In our FRAMEN Ads Manager, this is now easier, and more powerful, than ever. 

The Venue Type Picker feature offers a comprehensive overview of each venue type, including the number of available locations, screens, and expected impressions and spots during the selected time period. This data is presented in an easy-to-understand format, enabling advertisers to quickly identify the venues that are best suited to their campaign goals.

After you've selected your geo-locations, countries, cities or geospots, you can now select the actual venue types. Under venue types, click on select. Here you can see the variety of venue types broken down into categories, sub-categories and so on. 

Select the right sub-category, and keep your ad relevant.

And In the Ads Manager, you have control over it. You can select as many or as few venue types as you would like.

  • You mark your selection by clicking the checkbox on the left.
  • On the right side here, you can see important reach metrics for your selection. Those are based on your geo-targeting so please keep that in mind. You can see the exact number of locations and their screens in this very venue type.
  • If you change your geo-targeting, such as adding a city, these numbers here will update, now including the locations in this new city as well.
  • Maximum possible impressions and maximum possible spots are also here. Those are of course also dependent on the timing of your campaign. If your campaign runs for 3 weeks, you can garner more than if you run for a day. Pretty straightforward.

Pro tip

To take full advantage of "these" number readouts in the venue picker, it can be helpful to first enter both the geo-targeting and timing of your campaign. That way the numbers are as accurate as can be. If you want to get even "more" granular within your venue targeting, you can now look through the exact locations, within your venue type and your targeting parameters.

Down here you can select specific locations. Just type in a search term or click on the drop-down arrow and you can see a list. By default, all locations are selected, but by clicking on the checkbox on the left, you can further define it.

Last but not least, when you're finished, you can download this location data as a CSV file for you to work with.
