How to create and manage Playlists?

This article explains how to organize the media collected in the Gallery into a Playlist.


As a Screen Manager, you may often find yourself managing multiple screens in various locations. This means regularly updating and customising your content to fit different screens.

  • The Playlists tool allows you to organise the contents previously uploaded in the Gallery and play it automatically one after another without any need for manual input.  
  • You can use your content, uploaded once in the Gallery, in several playlists, or create one playlist that can be sent to several screens. 
  • With Playlist Groups, you have the ability to effortlessly establish a default playlist and seamlessly incorporate personalised content to your desired location. This simplifies content management, making it incredibly user-friendly and efficient. How convenient!

⚙️Tooltip: Note that the media you’ve uploaded in the Gallery must be added in one playlist in order to be displayed on your Screen(s). The next steps show you how to do this.

🎯 Step-by-Step Guide

  • On the left, navigate to Screenshot 2022-11-21 at 17.38.30 > Playlists.
  • Click on New Playlist in the right top corner of the screen.
  • Enter a title of the playlist, then click on Create to ultimate the process.
  • Click on the title of the playlist and press the plus icon to add the content previously uploaded in the gallery. 
  • Tick the items you want to add.
  • Click "Select".
  • Click the Screenshot 2022-11-22 at 14.37.35 button to send the Playlist to one or more Screens.

🎯 Deleting a Playlist

If a Playlist becomes obsolete, you can always delete it to keep the dashboard’s space organised.

  • On the left, navigate to Screenshot 2022-11-21 at 17.38.30> Playlists.
  • Move your cursor on the right of the Dashboard at the level of the Playlist:
  • Two icons will appear:
